We want all our customers to receive top quality products and services. If you identify a problem with any item you have purchased ,contact us straight away, so we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you wish to return an item, please contact us through email within 24 hours after receiving the product. 
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 working days of receiving the shipment, for any reason.
It's very important that you do not send the item back to us until you have contacted us for a return authorization; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
If the reason for return is for receiving a damaged product, wrong product or even a guarantee matter, the return shipping cost will be refunded by us.


How to return


Return shipments are sent at your own risk. We suggest you send your return using a reliable international carrier that offers tracking 
(such as DHL or UPS), arrive in their original condition as it was shipped.
It is strongly recommended that you insure the package


Place the product in the original box with all manuals and accessories, to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it.
We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost shipments. 
We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange.
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged in any way before arriving.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice.

As a safeguard against potential abuse, RedLine Center reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone 
who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
